You Should Be Authentic To Be Magnetic
Newsletter Issue #045 | Explore Foundational Principles for Personal Transformation and Empowered Living - Part #3
In this series of short newsletters, find the fundamental principles on which our ability and power to take our lives into our own hands is based: to create outcomes and circumstances consistent with our purpose, to master our time, and to live the best version of ourselves.
Principle #09:
If you're authentic, you're magnetic.
The first of all, we have to see ourselves
The essential mechanisms that drive our behavior patterns, thinking, and reactions are located in our subconscious, which accounts for 95+% of our mind. That part of us is mainly invisible to us. In that part, programs exist for all our definitions, beliefs, memories, emotions, habits, conclusions, thinking patterns, behavior, and emotional responses.
With 3 to 5% of our conscious mind, we perceive the reality we live in with our senses and react to it from the deep parts of the subconscious that are invisible to us. This schism between consciousness and subconsciousness makes us alienated from ourselves.
We see other people, objects, and our environment in the physical world. However, we do not see ourselves with our senses. To see ourselves, we need a mediator—a mirror or picture. Only then can we see ourselves in the physical sense.
It is the same with our inner content. We see other people, their virtues, flaws, wrong and right reactions, attitudes, and actions much more clearly. That's why we need a mediator here as well. There are various methods of introspection.
The simplest is WRITING. We can understand our thoughts, feelings, definitions, and beliefs more clearly when we put them on paper.
It is beneficial that our diary is not just a chronicle of events but a tool for digging deeper and asking ourselves questions—what we would ask a friend or God, what is not clear to us about ourselves and our lives.
Since both brain hemispheres participate in writing, writing is meditative and relaxing. Therefore, we can be relaxed about whether we will get an answer to our question. We'll get it, for sure.
This is a process in which we lightly create intimacy with ourselves. We must be honest with ourselves to benefit most from it.
We should accept the answer we get and ask further. All the answers we need are within us. It's just essential that we are close enough to ourselves to be available for them.
The essential elements of intimacy with ourselves are unconditional love and acceptance of ourselves, just as we are. In addition, we should be gentle towards ourselves and honest in our communication with ourselves.
Being authentic
We often hold ourselves back and do not accept ourselves correctly. Sometimes, we consider our desires inappropriate or excessive and ourselves "not enough" or too much—good, young, old, intelligent, stupid, capable, attractive, blah, blah.
There is no end. Then we look around to see "what's passing, what's in demand, what's popular, appropriate, etc. " and try to fit into it.
The more we try, the less energy we have. Because we are disconnected from our essence.
We must allow ourselves to want what our heart desires, not what is currently popular on Instagram or TikTok. We must allow ourselves to care about what is important to us, not what other people think is essential.
When we allow ourselves to be who we really are, we will become authentic. And when we are authentic, we are magnetic to all we need to live in harmony with ourselves.
Get to know yourself, develop intimacy with yourself, and allow yourself to be who you are—authentic, unique, different, fantastic, magnetic.
Being magnetic means attracting more of what resonates with our essence, purpose, and actual needs into our lives. We achieve that when we get to know ourselves and allow ourselves to be who we are, not what we "think we should be."
In this course, allow yourself to be authentic because it is the fastest way to reach your dream life. You will get to know and become closer to yourself. You will learn to hear your intuition, inner voice, and heart's desires. You will recognize your true needs.
Principle #10:
You cannot expect more from yourself than you can do.
Some people feel overwhelmed and stuck because they expect results from themselves that they are incapable or the results do not depend on them.
It is essential to tell yourself the truth and be at peace.
That peace gives us energy that we can use to find ways that don't frustrate us, to do what we consider necessary even if we lack the knowledge, ability, time, information, or will to do it.
You will learn how to free yourself from that pressure.
Principle #11:
Set a clear intention.
This principle discusses the importance of both clarity and intention. If we do not have a clear vision or are in a fog, we are not at the wheel and have not assumed leadership. Please don't do anything without clarity.
An intention is much more than a goal; it is a living vision for which we have energy and determination. The strongest motivation is a vision leading us to our life purpose.
I created this work to give you a clear vision that pulls and motivates you. You will set your intention from such a vision, which you'll love.
Principle #12:Â
Nothing great can be created from a sense of narrowness.
The feeling of narrowness has to do with space and time. As far as time is concerned, we are all limited to 24 hours a day, and as far as space is concerned, we are talking about both inner and outer space.
The unnecessary accumulation of something in space and time gives us a feeling of narrowness. We accumulate everything and anything because we feel insecure and insufficient.
Before we get into the creation process, you'll learn how to overcome the feeling of narrowness in space and time.
