What do your results depend on?
Newsletter Issue #046 | Explore Foundational Principles for Personal Transformation and Empowered Living - Part #4
In this series of short newsletters, find the fundamental principles on which our ability and power to take our lives into our own hands is based: to create outcomes and circumstances consistent with our purpose, to master our time, and to live the best version of ourselves.
Principle #13:Â
Joy and gratitude are not the result of a fulfilled wish but the cause.
"Whoever has will be given more, and he will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what he has, will be taken from him. " The Bible
I know it sounds unfair to you, but it did to me, too, until I understood. No matter how it sounds, look around you, and you will notice that this principle applies to everyone and everything. Whoever has debts will get more; whoever has abundance will get more; whoever has good relationships; whoever has joy; whoever has a successful business, love, illness, whatever.
Our desires manifest in material reality, but the root of "have and don't have" is in the energetic, emotional, and spiritual reality.
Therefore, when we say that we want something and thus confirm that we don't have it so that we don't get even more of what we don't have, the key is to emotionally open ourselves up to the possibility of having it.
We need to tune ourselves energetically to the frequency at which what we want vibrates. Instead, people are often tuned to the frequency of deficiency.
So, we need to feel like we already have it. When we feel like we have it, we don't want it anymore because we do.
And when we have something, we feel gratitude and joy. These emotions will bring into our lives what we wanted at the story's beginning. Those emotions confirm that we have, and whoever has will be given.
The whole story boils down to the fact that the more we feel joy and gratitude, the more we can materialize our desires.
In this course, you will create your following year, month, week, and day out of feelings of joy and gratitude. You will learn how to align with the energy that will bring you the emotion of "having" and how to create and use your own powerful, energetically aligned affirmations.
Principle #14:Â
You can't build anything if you're building and tearing down simultaneously.
It is necessary to recognize how you destroy your own energy and change your emotions from those that support you to those that block you and hinder you, changing the direction of your outcomes.
Likewise, it is necessary to recognize when you allow other people to do this to you. It's important to realize that no one can destroy your energy and change your emotions if you don't let them. It can "wave" for a moment, but whether it will finally succeed depends on your awareness and surrendering to other people's influences.
"Nobody can hurt me if I don't let him," Gandhi said.
Remember that this is your life, body, thoughts, and emotions; if you let them, people will try to control them. It would be best if you didn't judge them for it. They do it for a reason suggested by their ego.
Ego deals with himself, not with other people. Your job is to consciously and intentionally return to yourself the thoughts and emotions that support you. They will raise and balance your energy.
Your most significant responsibility is to feel good because all outcomes, results, and circumstances in your life depend on how you feel. You create them with your thoughts, emotions, and energy.
Through this course, you will learn how to overcome negative emotions and support yourself.
Principle #15:Â
From what energy you create, you will have such results.
It is essential to understand that we cannot have better results, surroundings, and life than the energy from which we create.Â
We can't win if we feel miserable. We cannot be loved if we feel unloved. We can't succeed at anything if we feel like a loser.Â
Likewise, we can't even access great ideas if we feel sadness, anger, guilt, or shame.
So, before you enter the creation process, you will learn how to tune your energy for success and how to reverse it if it is not aligned with your goals.
Principle #16:
The one in the first place has the most energy.
Putting yourself first is not selfish; on the contrary, it gives you energy for yourself and for others (see cover photo). If you put other people, obligations, work, or other people's priorities first, all your energy will go to them and dissipate.
He remembered the instructions on the plane: "Moms should put the mask on themselves first, and only then on the child."
This is logical because if the mother runs out of air, who will save the child?
Understanding that you are the source of everything in your life is essential.
This work is designed to show you that you can do the most for others when you put yourself first.
