How do you know what your purpose is?
Newsletter Issue #044 | Explore Foundational Principles for Personal Transformation and Empowered Living - Part #2
In this series of short newsletters, find the fundamental principles on which our ability and power to take our lives into our own hands is based: to create outcomes and circumstances consistent with our purpose, to master our time, and to live the best version of ourselves.
Principle #05:Â
We can only change those circumstances and outcomes that we feel we are more significant than.
If we feel that our circumstances are bigger than we are, we cannot influence them. Have you ever heard of someone being said to be "immature?" This means he is smaller than his circumstances and cannot cope with them.
That is why it is necessary to raise your energy and awareness first. When we raise our energy level and channel it correctly, we become more significant than our circumstances; we transcend them. Then, we can easily change them and influence the outcomes in the desired way.
I will guide you through this course so that you raise your energy and then create. You will make it from your most vibrant energy.
Principle #06:Â
Our thoughts and emotions are in harmony when the brain and heart are coherent.
Our brains do not work coherently when stressed, busy, under pressure, or multitasking. In these situations, we don't have access to ideas and creativity and can't see the bigger picture. Brain incoherence leads to poor memory, complex learning, forgetting, problems in communication, and severe psycho-physical illnesses.
The incoherent work of the brain goes along with the incoherent work of the heart. This further complicates the situation, so we tend to feel anxiety, depression, and a general drop in energy.
Therefore, we will do the Breath of Heart exercise during each creation to strengthen the heart's magnetic field and contribute more to its coherence. In addition, I will teach you how to do the Wisdom of the Void exercise, which strengthens brain coherence.
Principle #07:Â
We only want what we don't have.
This is self-evident because if we had it, we would not want it but enjoy it. So we only want what we don't have. You must understand this part well because it is pretty tricky.
When we want something, we think about it, which can be the thought, "Poor me because I don't have that," or the thought, "I wish I had this." In both cases, your thought confirms that you do not have it. And there is nothing controversial about this because it is the truth.
A thought alone will not do anything, but some emotion always supports a wishful thought. In most cases, it is an emotion of scarcity, further strengthening your position of not having what you want.
So, it is necessary to understand that underneath every desire we have in the material world, we actually want to feel a certain way when we achieve it.
For example, if a person wants a new car, the desire to feel safe, powerful, and free is underneath that desire. While looking around and choosing cars, she begins to feel that way, and that feeling is the "means of transportation" with which the realization of her wish will be delivered.
Or she feels miserable and deprived because she doesn't already have it and thus energetically blocks the possibility of getting it.
This understanding is a game-changer.
Have you heard people talk about wanting something so much that they work for a long time to make it happen, and when they succeed, they feel empty? We won't go down that road here.
I designed the LIVING THE LEAD ROLE course so that we reverse the story, put the emotion we want in the foreground, and only then define desire as a tool that will help us feel the way we want.
Principle #08:
Find your purpose.
Many people on the path of self-development and self-knowledge get stuck on the question: What is my purpose? This is a fundamental question, but like many essential questions, the answer is extremely simple.
Joy is a signal for purpose!
When we do what makes us happy and what we love, the entire Universe comes together to support us.
I will explain this in detail so that you always clearly know your purpose and how to live it.
If you want to design your life through energy alignment, consider the course LIVING THE LEAD ROLE: Transforming Time Pressure into Joyful Living.
This is a space for you to introduce yourself. There are currently 550+ of us here with different expertise, needs, and interests. Let's connect with good energy in a healthy community that grows, where we learn from each other and support each other.
I'm always eager to hear your stories. Which principle resonates with you? Which one is weird to you?
I look forward to your stories, comments, questions and likes.
I think you are right that feelings of exuberance/satisfaction/delight - which you wrap up as 'joy' - show purpose fulfilled in those moments. This is my experience and observation also. I think it is the absence of these feelings that cause us to act - or to want to act - in ways that will produce them.
"Joy is a signal for purpose!"---this hack seems too simple yet is the best compass for purpose.
I like to revisit my childhood and remember what I was drawn to, what felt like fun, what got me curious.
The soul knows at a young age what it's come here to do.
