How Do Setting the Next Year That Makes You Happy

Towards the end of the year, I will share with you a small part of Module 4 of the course “Living the Lead Role course: Transforming Time Pressure into Joyful Living.”
In module 4 we connect energetically with our next year.
We set a clear intention for how we will feel, we are setting in the most important joys, successes, and events and our important dates.
We are setting the theme of the year and putting it in the center, the area that invites us to devote ourselves to it.
We surround it with the clear intention of being healthy, vital and financially secure, and free.
We also bring light into the other five important areas so that our lives are complete and balanced.
The goal is to be clear about what we want, what we intend, and how to direct our energy.
Activate the Process
At the very beginning, I assume you have prepared your inner and outer space so that nothing disturbs you, taken time for yourself, created the ambiance, brought everything you need to the creating, and lifted your energy with some music that inspires you with joy. You may have danced and sang, too.
This process is crucial because it takes you through the portal. On the other side of the portal is the future you will create consciously and deliberately. That is why you must initially understand how important it is to feel enthusiasm, joy, and power.
I will remind you:
With what energy we start doing something, we will achieve such a result.
If you haven't already, put a smile on your face and let's go.
Could you ask yourself why you are doing this? What is your intention? What exactly would you like to achieve in this process? You'll need to set clear intentions to get the most out of this process.
Please write in your journal: I intend to…
Now that you know your intention, it is time to activate the process (see module 3).
Do the Breath of the Heart (see module 3), and while breathing gently through the heart, say the activation text according to your intention.
I will say the text according to my intention:
"Dear God, Universe, may your light reach the mind and heart of every person reading this so they can easily access their true desiresand needs. Open their vision, inspire them, and show them what is possible for them. Please encourage them to open up to the best version of themselves. Allow them to choose the best outcomes from the Field of all Possibilities. May their choices bring them joy, success, and progress. Thank you, thank you, thank you."
Then, rub your palms together to refresh your eyes and face. Drink water. And that's it. The intention is set, and the process is activated.
Connect With the Shape of the Year
We all experience time in some way.
My perception of time is spiral. I feel time is a spiral. At the annual intersection of that spiral is a circle.
When I think of vacation, wintering, or my or someone else's birthday, a particular image is created in my mind, and that period is located in a specific place in my circle.
When I was a child, the years were long. Over time, each year passed faster and faster for me.
All those seasons, months, birthdays, New Year's, holidays, andvacations—when you keep going through the same road, you know the road, and you go through it faster and faster.
That's why my spiral has this shape.
In addition, although each year is similar, it has its own content and brings us new knowledge and experiences, and even though we are in the "same place," that place is on a higher level.
How do you see the period of one year? Is it a straight line, a circle, an ellipse, or another shape? There are no right or wrong answers here. If you have a specific view of your year, sketch it or describe it in your journal.
The scheme of the year we will work on I called the Road Map.
Your Roadmap should guide you trough your perfect year, but you need to connect with it, experience it, and feel it.
You can work directly on the computer, print it from a workbook, or sketch it.
The first step in connecting with the Roadmap is to make it Yours.
You will do this by entering the dates important to you in the appropriate periods - birthdays, anniversaries, and business and private events for which you know the dates.
Here's how I did it:
Once you've written down your important dates, it's time to connect energetically with your year chart. No matter what point in the circle you are currently at, be aware that you are creating the following year's period.
Do the Breath of the Heart exercise. As you breathe through your heart, let you feel your essential dates in the Roadmap. Feel the time and feel your dates in the time.
Write in your diary what thoughts came to you, images, and wishes; how does it feel to experience the whole year in a few moments?
If you felt an unpleasant thought, emotion, or feeling during the previous exercise, do the next exercise. The following exercise aims to deactivate all low-vibrational energies and emotions.
In the coming year, bring only those thoughts, feelings, and energiesthat support you and make you happy.
EXERCISE
Deactivating low-vibrational energies and emotions
Begin the exercise by doing the Breath of the Heart a few times. This will help you relax and go from the head to the heart.
Then tap on the FIRST meridian and say to yourself:
"Although concerning the next year I have (say what you have: athought, an emotion, a feeling - for example, a feeling of fear), I understand that there are memories in me from the past that want to lead my life familiarly, and I am now ready to recognize and accept them."
Then, take a deep breath and exhale gently and slowly.
Tap the THYMUS and accept yourself in the presence of that thought or emotion. While tapping the Thymus, you can say,
"Even though (say what you feel or think) I love and accept myself and all parts of me, I accept how I feel right now and where I am rightnow."
Take a deep breath and exhale gently and slowly.
In this way, you accept that these thoughts, emotions, and programs are a part of you and that you do not reject them or yourself, but that you accept that they are a part of you and accept yourself in their presence. You accept yourself as you are in this moment.
We do this because we can only change what we accept.
If you still feel discomfort, repeat steps 1 and 2 several times until the thought or emotion causing discomfort gradually loses strength and disappears.
Now tap again on the first meridian and say to yourself:
"I am now ready to release and change every thought and emotion that brings me back to my old self and stands in the way of creating my new joyful year in which I am the screenwriter, director, and lead actor in the movie My Life. I now release and forgive (what caused you discomfort) myself or someone."
Stop tapping. Breathe deeply the brilliant golden light into all your body's cells and exhale all that you no longer need.
Tap the Thymus again and say,
"I am grateful to feel my power to create anything I want, and for that, I love and accept myself and all parts of me; I accept how I feel right now and where I am right now. Thank you, thank you, thank you. "
Take a deep breath and exhale gently and slowly. Rub your palms together and use them to refresh your eyes and face. Drink some water. And that's it.
Write in your journal if you had an aha moment, thought, feeling, or sensation in your body. What did you realize? What did you notice?
The Three Most Important Emotions
Underneath all our desires, goals, and dreams is the need to feel a certain way.
Before we open the vision of the desired reality, we must become aware of the need that lies beneath it. That need is a desired emotion.
Have you ever heard or experienced that you want something badly, and when you achieve it, you feel empty? This happens when we have not connected the desire or goal in material reality with the desired emotion.
For example, some people work hard and save all their lives to build their dream house; when they build it, they feel empty.
That's why we work in the opposite direction here. First, we will "set" the emotion and how we want to feel, and then we will open the vision to find out what in material reality can enable us to have that emotion.
This is the way that leads you to achieve a goal that makes compete sense for you.
