4 Principles to Influence Our Circumstances
Newsletter Issue #043 | Explore Foundational Principles for Personal Transformation and Empowered Living - Part #1
I created the course Living the Lead Role: Transforming Time Pressure into Joyful Living. The method is unique; I designed it for myself.
Over time, I shared it with my coaching clients. Since it gives everyone great results, I turned it into a course.
I wrote about that in the article "Do You Choose to Play a Starring Role in Your Life or Be an Extra" and " Why Time Management Doesn't Work For Me.”
The main point of the course is MASTERING OUR TIME and everything we fill it with.
This program's primary goal and result are to have more TIME, MONEY, and JOY simultaneously. The art of living is to fit all three elements in the same direction.
Understanding the principles on which the program is based is necessary for influencing our circumstances in a way that brings us the desired results.
I'll share it with you in the following days. For today, these are the first four principles:
Principle #01:
We can change circumstances and outcomes only if we can see them from a distance.
We must position ourselves to see the bigger picture. If you are overwhelmed by events, obligations, have to, and deadlines, you are like "being in a pot" with all these ingredients. It would be best if you got out of the "pot" to have the opportunity to change its contents.
When we are in the middle of something, we focus on what immediately surrounds us. We cannot see the bigger picture from that position and make strategic changes.
The LIVING THE LEAD ROLE course is designed to help you think from the perspective of an observer with insight into the bigger picture.
Principle #02:
We can make the desired changes when we overcome our ego.
This is a slippery slope because our ego is an evolutionary mechanism whose role is to protect and keep us alive. This is why the ego does not like change. Ego likes to move within the familiar. So when we think we would like to live in a different, more comfortable, joyful, and easier way, our ego is unaware of all that.
Ego will remind us of all the "reasons" for which it is good for us to give up such an intention. It will do this by instilling in us various fears about what could go wrong if we embark on any change, confronting us with various limiting beliefs, explaining to us why it is not yet time, why we do not deserve it, glorifying secondary benefit from the status quo, and so on.
In the background, our ego says, "Don't let her change anything. This is good. As much as she complains, everything is good. My job is to keep her alive. She is alive. It means I am doing my job well, and nothing should change."
I designed this course to bypass the ego and its stories.
Principle #03:
"We cannot do things the same way and expect a different outcome." Albert Einstein
How we do everything, react, think, and feel, is a set of habits. Habits are robust programs that manage our thoughts, emotions, outcomes, relationships, and circumstances from our subconscious.
In this course, you will learn new ways to do what you do daily. The result will be the creation of habits that support your joyful and prosperous lifestyle.
Principle #04:
We must understand how we influence circumstances and outcomes to align them with our desires and needs.
Each of our thoughts has its energy equivalent in the form of waves in the field of all possibilities. Whether that wave will collapse into a particle and materialize in our reality depends on how much our thought is empowered by emotion.
So, all our thoughts have an electric wave quality, and our emotions from the heart have a magnetic quality. The heart is the strongest electromagnet in the body.
We have 60-80,000 thoughts every day. Over 90% of those thoughts are the same thoughts we had the day before. It is clear that every thought that comes to us does not materialize. Only those thoughts that are emotionally supported materialize. So when you look at your life and don't like what you see, think about what thoughts you are supporting emotionally.
In this course, you will learn where our thoughts come from, how they combine with emotions, and how we can influence them to support us rather than hold us back and limit us.
This course is for people who want to dramatically change their LIFESTYLE and BELIEFS about LIGHTNESS, JOY, and awareness of what is POSSIBLE FOR THEM.
This is a space for you to introduce yourself. There are currently 550+ of us here with different expertise, needs, and interests. Let's connect with good energy in a healthy community that grows, where we learn from each other and support each other.
I'm always eager to hear your stories. Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed? How do you plan your time? Do you have time to enjoy yourself?
I look forward to your stories, comments, questions and likes.
Love this: "If you are overwhelmed by events, obligations, have to, and deadlines, you are like 'being in a pot' with all these ingredients. It would be best if you got out of the 'pot' to have the opportunity to change its contents." Vivid analogy and illuminating.
Luv principle 2. I Iive that life and have written about it. Well said and well done.
