What is the Energy Matrix

In energy psychology, the energy matrix refers to the energy envelope (aura), energy centers (chakras), and energy flows (meridians). 

The transformative power of energy psychology is rooted in the understanding that our physiology, our Body, is the unconscious part of the mind that has the function of materializing.

Everything that man has ever created and materialized, he did with a tool called the Body. 

No matter how intellectual, emotional, or spiritual we consider ourselves, it is essential to maintain our Body and physiology in the best possible way.

Namely, 3-5% of our mind is the conscious part, and the other 95+% is the subconscious and unconscious part of the mind.

Our subconscious mind, the repository of our emotions, definitions, and beliefs, wields a significant influence in materializing everything from ideas to circumstances through our Body (unconscious mind).

Energy Envelope - AURA

Our aura, our closest internal environment, serves as a protective envelope.

It is an electromagnetic field that surrounds and permeates our Body, extending several feet in all directions.

The healthy energy of our aura is the atmosphere that others feel when they are in our presence, providing a sense of security, credibility, and pleasantness.

All living things have an aura. During the origin of life, the aura first forms as a matrix of future form.

Scientists have recorded how the aura of a leaf is first formed, from which the leaf is later made "according to that blueprint."

Our aura protects us from external energies and contains impressions and information we have collected throughout our lives.

It is our field through which we communicate with higher intelligence.

Naturally, 2 to 3 colors are emphasized in our aura, from those energy centers and areas of life where our natural talents are. 

You know the thing when you see a person who shines and radiates?! Everything is going great for that person. He has peace and contentment, a great job, a phenomenal income, and enough time for a fun and meaningful life!

It's a healthy aura!

Our first energy loss occurs from our aura when we forget that our primary focus should be our inner environment.

When this is neglected, we may feel the need to react emotionally to external stimuli, suppress important emotions or ignore our essential needs; that leading to a loss of the vibrant colors in our aura and a weakening of its protective layers.

We feel it is a lack of fulfillment and a drop in enthusiasm. We feel and look exhausted. We are tired at the cellular level.

The encouraging news is that we have the power to transform this situation!

Energy Centers - CHAKRAS

We are like one big electric circuit. Our heart cannot work without electricity.

A potential difference at the cell level creates a current. Electricity is needed for neurons to communicate and for us to think. What happens when someone's heart stops? They give him electricity. 

Nerve tangles along the spinal column are called Energy Centers (chakras) in energy psychology.

An electromagnetic field is created around them. We are literally a magnet.

From that magnet, we attract people, events, and circumstances. 

That's why we work on the chakras; they are the magnets with which we create our lives. 

In our physical Body, we have seven energy centers and three more transcendental ones.

These transcendental energy centers, two of which are above our heads and one below our feet, are not directly associated with specific areas of life or emotions, but they play a crucial role in our overall energy balance.

Each of seven energy center is responsible for a specific area of ​​life, a particular set of emotions, and a specific part of our Body.

You can imagine energy centers as energy depots around which an electromagnetic field is created, through which projected content attracts people, events, circumstances, and results into our lives.

If we have energy in a particular center, we have more power to materialize what that center regulates.

When we don't feel comfortable in an area of ​​our life or have beliefs that prevent us from living in that area to our total capacity, we "run away" from that area and the energy center in charge of it to the location where we feel good and where everything goes easily for us.

This creates an imbalance in the energy level.

For example, suppose a person believes money is the source of all evil. In that case, he will draw energy from the Second energy center, which has the function of creating abundance, value, and enjoyment. He will move that energy to an energy center where he feels good, e.g., the Fifth energy center, which has the function of speaking and expressing it.

In that case, the consequences of the energy imbalance will be expressed as lack of money, inability to earn enough, debts, and health problems with reproductive organs and/or thyroid gland.

Energy psychology has developed effective ways of balancing energy centers.

Energy Flows - MERIDIANS

We have 12 energy meridians, which circulate energy through our bodies (think of them as roads).

Imagine that you have a lot of great energy in your energy centers, but if your meridians are impassable, that energy cannot transmit information with quality.

From the passable of the meridian depends on how you will use your energy and consequently what kind of results and circumstances you will have. Meridians are directly responsible for the intelligent transport of energy throughout our Body.

It is as if, for example, you have a lot of money in your account, but the quality of your life depends on how intelligently you invest and spend that money.

OR, for example, a person who has a lot of energy in the First energy center, which is in charge of action, initiative, courage, etc., depends on the passability of his meridians on whether he will use that energy to build a house or break someone's head.

Energy meridians are spread throughout our Body (like blood flow) but at different depths. Each meridian has several points on the Body closest to the skin's surface. 

These are precisely the points through which, by gently tapping, we establish a regular flow for specific areas of life or initiate the correct operation of certain organs.

Tapping meridian points is the MOST EFFECTIVE way to permanently change limiting beliefs, install supportive beliefs, neutralize patterns of self-sabotage, fears, etc. This is because tapping meridian points allows us to contact our beliefs that exist at the level of our memories and our physiology (DNA).

When these deep subconscious patterns change, circumstances change in a flash.

One of the first and most essential steps in any change is directing the energy to work for us.

Absolutely everything in our life (circumstances, environment, relationships, successes, standard of living, health, habits, etc.) depends on whether our energy works for us or against us.

Whether our energy works for us or against us depends on the purity of our Aura, the quantity and quality of energy in the Energy Centers, and the passable quality of the Meridians.

The following editions will discuss the aura, chakras, and meridians in much more detail and include examples for specific applications.
